Account Manager

Reaf Marketing is looking for an Account Manager to help define and lead the long-term gift card growth strategy for our clients. This individual MUST be able to execute the business plan and achieve with high success the quarterly goals that will lead to a successful implementation of the business plan.  This position is responsible for helping to developing B2B gift card marketing strategies, growing B2B gift card sales with current B2B buyers by closing program gaps, growing 3rd party gift card sales, gift card production, analyze sales results and report out to the client. 

About the Role:

  • Drive B2B gift card growth via new buyers, program, partnerships and improvements and faithfully execute the gift card business plan. Some direct selling responsibilities.
  • This person will also act as the day-to-day contact for B2B gift card buyers.
  • Ensures that everyone (including clients) follows the company’s core program processes and operating system with consistency. Demonstrates effective project management skills.
  • Champion and manage implementation of new programs and buyers.
  • Direct responsibility for managing both Incomm and Blackhawk Network Partner Relationship and Sales.
  • Gift Card production and Implementation, including forecasting and negotiation of pricing for each production run.
  • Review card program results and make recommendations to grow sales.
  • Help drive client strategy by making suggestions and recommendations based on observed trends and data.
  • Resolves issues effectively—seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems and solving the problems in a practical and health manner.
  • Effectively collaborates with the President and stays on the same page in respect to the vision.

  • This position will work remotely.  Must be strong in self-motivation and can produce results without having management constantly overseeing your work.
  • Results oriented person that sell new buyers/programs for clients and can execute with excellence.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to see the big picture but also execute detail-oriented projects.
  • Proven analytical capability with experience with sales forecasting ROI analysis.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work with and influence others who may be in remote virtual locations.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
  • 5-7 years of sales or marketing experience required. Experience with gift / loyalty programs and marketing communications preferred.
  • Background in sales or marketing a bonus.
  • Experience managing external vendors.
