Sr. Account Manager

Reaf Marketing is looking for a Sr. Account Manager to help define and lead the long-term growth strategy for our clients. This individual MUST be able to execute the business plan and achieve with high success the quarterly goals that will lead to a successful implementation of the business plan. This position is responsible for helping to developing B2B marketing strategies, growing sales with current B2B buyers by closing program gaps, analyze sales results and report out to the client.


  • Faithfully execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned sales objectives.
  • Integrates all major operating functions of the business—Reporting & Operations. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction. Models the way, always working toward the greater good of the business.
  • Resolves issues effectively—seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems and solving the problems in a practical and health manner.
  • Ensures that everyone (including clients) follows the company’s core sales processes and operating system with consistency. Demonstrates effective project management skills.
  • Effectively collaborates with the President and stays on the same page in respect to the vision.
  • Helps develop account strategies and leads tactical executions to exceed annual sales goals.
  • Work with client’s buyer base to increase overall gift cards sales through better partnerships, marketing, promotions or other initiatives.
  • Create tactical programs in the areas of promotions, email, events, partnerships, and online/offline advertising that leverage marketing investment with positive and measurable ROI.
  • This person will also act as the day-to-day contact for B2B gift card buyers.
  • Review card program results and make recommendations to grow sales.
  • Provide monthly sales reporting and key learnings to clients.
  • Perform sales calls into current buyers to try and add new client gift cards.

  • Proven analytical capability with experience with sales forecasting ROI analysis.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work with and influence others who may be in remote virtual locations.

Education / Experience:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
  • 7-10 years of sales or marketing experience required. Experience with gift / loyalty programs and marketing communications preferred.
  • Background in sales or direct marketing a bonus.
  • Experience managing external vendors.
